주문했던 물품을 받아서 확인해보니 네오듐 원형자석 3×5 자석이 빈봉지만 와있더라고요.

다른 봉지에 들어가 있나 확인을 해보니 그런 것도 아니었습니다.

봉지 입구 부분이 열렸나도 확인해보고 구멍이 난 건 아닌가 살펴봤지만

입구도 단단히 봉해져있고 구멍이 나 있지도 않네요.

빠른 해결책과 답변을 부탁드리겠습니다.
